No couple does style, fashion and rock ‘n roll better than Eric and Candace, two free-spirited souls who have traveled the world to find a good beat and a wide-open dance floor.  They danced down the aisle of their own wedding, rocked it in Ibiza on their honeymoon, and recently they met me at the fashion-forward Se Hotel in downtown San Diego for their belated “day after” session.  The kind staff at the Se Hotel gave us full access to the entire hotel, including the rooftop pool deck and some of the amazing penthouse suites.  Candace’s makeup and hair were incredible, and Eric was sporting a pretty sweet mohawk of his own.  If these two don’t scream style, I don’t know what does!

It was a perfect day, one of those times when you know everything is clicking perfectly.  The weather could not have been better for our engagement session with Adam and Aimee in downtown LA, a warm January afternoon and just enough clouds to create the perfect soft light you always hope for.  The creative juices were flowing, and with two amazing subjects, I could not have asked for anything more.  When Adam and Aimee met me outside the doors to Union Station, one of the best spots in all of Los Angeles to shoot, they were dressed to the nines and ready to have some fun.  Any hint of shyness melted away within the first few minutes, and soon these two were rockin’ the camera no matter where we went.  After an hour at Union Station, we ventured down to our favorite urban district where we explored some new hidden spots, climbed a few train cars, and where Aimee, in silver high heels, braved the four lanes of traffic to get the last few shots before sunset.  We cannot wait to shoot their wedding at the gorgeous Park Plaza Hotel in Hollywood in a couple months!

Michelle: WHOA! You ROCK! You are seriously, my new favorite blog! LOVE LOVE LOVE these!

Kristina Marshall: WOW! Love these images. Great couple too! I think my faves are the ones in the train station, on the train (very creative!) and the ones in the alley. Great use of props with the umbrella and suite case too. NICE WORK! :-)

Emerson and Lauren came to us a few months ago with a wonderful request, to shoot their engagement photos before they headed off to Austin, Texas to get married later this year.  These two stylish lovers chose one of our favorite spots, downtown Los Angeles, for their session.  You could truly tell the love between them, the way he kissed her and held her hand, the look she gave him, the laughter that filled the air throughout our time together.  These two are going to make one happy couple for a long, long time.  We started our session in the gorgeous Union Station, and then made our way down to one of the best hidden spots in downtown LA for some more fun!!  Thank you guys for allowing us to capture a little of your wedding celebration before you tie the knot!!
